The basketball territory under the jurisdiction of this Association shall include New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC, Canada, environs of Northern Virginia: counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Price William and Loudoun and Pennsylvania: except for the environs of the cities of Pittsburgh and Erie and North East territory.
